The Montgomery County Probate Court received a "Qualified" Audit Opinion for Fiscal Year 2015. County Auditors stated the following: "The financial statements of the Montgomery County Probate Court were audited except for certain records which were not provided to us. These records may include material revenues that were not recorded in the Montgomery County Probate Court’s financial statements."
